issue delay

I’m sorry to report that issue43 may be delayed a few days. My PC took a crap and I’m trying to get it working again. Sorry!

New Apple MacBook line

Apple just recently updated their MacBook Pro line of laptops (as well as the standard MacBook line) with Intel Core 2 Duo processors.
Now let’s just get ready for Leopard, reportedly arriving in early 2007.

Now what’s this have to do with art? Well, um, not sure. BUT. It’s awesome! This kid has his picture taken in front of all these great landmarks around the world, but, he’s glued to his gameboy in all of them. A kid after my own heart. HAHA.

Brick Flick

I was reading EGM this week and I came across an editorial about this dude that re-creates video game scenes, entirely in Legos! Very cool. Check out Brick Flick for more game scenes. There are even some movies and a step-by-step how-to on how he re-created this scene from Castlevania

semi-competitve

Semi-Competitive has been announced, a design competition from DiK and Adobe for graphic, motion/film and fashion. There are 88 days left to enter! Some great works from VSA Partners, including the identity design for Chicago’s bid at the 2008 Olympics. Freshness mag: sneakers, shops, streetwear, art, etc. 123klan, style is the message.
